Terms of Sale

Every piece in this catalog is an authentic factory part — made by the manufacture named on it, or by that manufacture’s contractor, for its service network. Not a replica, not “in the style of”, not aftermarket.

The stock is predominantly new old stock: parts that sat in an atelier or a distributor’s store for years and were never fitted. It is also predominantly single-unit — for most references there is one, and when it is gone the page stays up as a record of what the reference is.

Because of that, a listing on this site is an invitation to treat and not an offer capable of acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm, by email, that the specific piece is still available and you confirm the terms of sale and shipping in reply. Until then you owe nothing and may walk away without explanation.

You are responsible for confirming that a piece fits your watch before ordering — the lug width above all, and the lengths where the way it sits on your wrist matters.

This site gives you what you need to do that: the four lettered measurements on every specification, drawings of where each one is taken, and a calculator that works the fit out both ways from your own wrist and lug-to-lug. That guidance is an aid. It is not a warranty that a given piece will fit a given watch, and it cannot be — we do not have your watch in front of us.

If you are unsure, write before you order and name the model and reference. We will check the width, the length and the clasp type against the piece, and we would much rather do that than ship something back and forth across a border.

Condition is as described on the piece’s own page and as photographed. The photographs are of the actual item, taken by us — not manufacturer imagery and not a picture of another example of the same reference.

Where new old stock shows storage — a marked box, a faded label, a scuff on packaging — that is stated in the description and shown in the photographs. Where the part itself has a flaw, the same applies. If we have got a description wrong, that is our error and it is handled under the Returns & Refunds sheet, not under this clause.

• —Prices are quoted in the currency you have selected. The catalog is kept in US dollars and the other currencies are conversions at a rate we set by hand, so the figures can differ by a rounding.
• —What binds is the price we confirm to you by email, and it will never be higher than the figure this site showed you in the currency you were reading it in.
• —Prices are exclusive of import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and any brokerage fee levied at the destination. Goods travel on DAP terms: they are delivered to your address, and everything the border charges is yours.
• —The price is fixed at the moment we confirm the order and does not change before dispatch.
• —Payment terms are arranged individually by email after your enquiry. No payment is taken through this site, and none is due before you have agreed the terms.

Transit times are stated as ranges, never as promises: a parcel crosses a border and a customs queue is not a schedule we control. Tracking is always provided.

For consumer buyers, risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or to someone you have named. For commercial buyers, risk passes on dispatch to the carrier. Title in the goods passes when payment has cleared in full.

Return rights depend on where you are buying from and are set out in full on the Returns & Refunds sheet. In outline: buyers in the EU and the UK have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal that these terms do not and cannot restrict; buyers elsewhere have the contractual rights stated on that sheet.

That sheet also carries the two things a trader has to put in front of you before you order rather than after: the address a return is sent to, and a model withdrawal form you may use — though an email saying you are withdrawing does the same job.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

That does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside, and it does not deprive you of the right to bring proceedings there where your own law gives you that right. Where a term in this document conflicts with such a provision, the provision prevails and the rest of the document stands.

Consumers resident in the EU can also take a dispute to the European Consumer Centre in their own country. The Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, which pages like this one used to point at, was shut down on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; the ECC-Net is where it now sends people. We would rather you wrote to us first — every disagreement so far has been settled in correspondence.

The version of these terms in force is the one published on this page at the moment your order is confirmed. Changes are not applied retroactively, and the revision date at the top of this sheet is updated whenever anything here changes.
